The college training minister was responding to a question by MLC Kiran Sarnaik of Amaravati lecturers’ constituency, who sought to know from the federal government about clearance of non-teaching grants to unaided establishments.
”We needn’t increase solely the problems of lecturers within the Parliament. The pursuits of scholars must also be protected. We will take over non-public faculties if wanted. It was accomplished in Rajasthan,” claimed Kesarkar.
Angered by the minister’s feedback, NCP legislators Eknath Khadse and Vikram Kale objected.
